Refund and Cancellation Policy
A 50% non refundable retainer is required to reserve the date of the event. Final payment is due two weeks before the event. If the event is cancelled or the booth is no longer needed two weeks prior to the event, final payment is not due. However, once all sales are processed, all sales are final. We are not able to rebook that event date once it is reserved. We do not share or publish any online transactions or email addresses and all transactions are done through a safe, third party merchant account so your information is always secure in the checkout process. We use Authorize.net.
